Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by coordinating daily operations effectively.
• Establish check-in times, organize schedules, and ensure materials are prepared.
• Maintain open communication with staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Pay close attention to special instructions and operational details.
• Monitor local events, road closures, and traffic conditions to prevent service disruptions.
• Coordinate lunch orders and admissions with vendors.
• Regularly update the reservations system.
