Job summary

Metro Fire Equipment Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented FX Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for non-emergency calls and to coordinate daily operations.

You will monitor service routes, schedule technicians, and manage communications with customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of dispatch experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in dispatch or coordinating activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and data-entry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer non-emergency calls and document details in company software.
• Coordinate with technicians and departments to schedule services.
• Set up services and manage logistics for jobs, including access and equipment.
• Enter data and maintain logs and records of calls and activities.
• Build out customer contracts ensuring required services are included.
• Set up new customers in Profit Zoom and verify dispatch tickets.
• Ensure completion and upload of inspection reports and tickets.
• Direct technicians to job sites and communicate follow-ups with customers.
