Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate client service work requests to repair and maintain fire protection components (extinguisher, suppression, and sprinkler systems).
• Follow-up on current customer jobs to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle escalated calls and research issues affecting the customer.
• Manage service level expectations (technician arrival/departure, job quotes, timely updates).
• Collaborate with Accounting on billing issues and ensure timely invoicing.
• Track customer paperwork and submit timely, accurate documentation.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams and departments.
• Answer phone calls and emails, providing support to the customer base.
