Job summary

Vortex Doors is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Austin to be the first point of contact for customers. You will resolve inquiries, schedule services, and ensure a positive experience in a fast-paced office setting.

Responsibilities include handling phone/email interactions, maintaining records, dispatching, and supporting collections when needed. Prior experience, excellent communication, and CRM/MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and data-entry accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
• Identify needs, provide information, schedule services, and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Dispatch vehicles and personnel to meet customer requests, considering location and urgency.
• Develop product knowledge to deliver accurate information and support collections activities as needed.
