The role requires on-site work across day, evening, and weekend shifts, with benefits and a focus on promoting from within. You will contribute to a positive customer experience and a smoothly run service counter.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site day/evening/weekends.
• Accurate cash handling and ability to prepare bank deposits.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly service.
• Answer multi-line telephone and direct customers as needed.
• Open customer charge accounts, accept payments and answer questions.
• Prepare, box, and wrap purchases and online orders for shipment.
• Calculate service counter cash work and prepare bank deposits.
• Maintain a clean and organized department.
• Be available to work on-site for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
