High‑quality customer service experience in hospitality or travel.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask with attention to detail.
Strong sales and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide top‑class customer service to clients.
Sign in customers and confirm admission to club(s) and/or lounge(s).
Greet clients using personalized interactions, provide WIFI passwords, and offer assistance.
Book and verify flight reservations using SABRE, QIK, and other automated systems.
Check in passengers, manage flight changes, re‑booking, and passport verification.
Coordinate elite member services and lounge operations.
Assist with luggage handling and lounge technology support.
Coordinate food, beverage, and partner services in lounges.
Prepare and submit daily shift reports and complete required training.
