Qualifications

• FAA, TSA and other regulatory approvals may be required for airport areas.
• High‑quality customer service experience in hospitality or travel.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask with attention to detail.
• Strong sales and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide top‑class customer service to clients.
• Sign in customers and confirm admission to club(s) and/or lounge(s).
• Greet clients using personalized interactions, provide WIFI passwords, and offer assistance.
• Book and verify flight reservations using SABRE, QIK, and other automated systems.
• Check in passengers, manage flight changes, re‑booking, and passport verification.
• Coordinate elite member services and lounge operations.
• Assist with luggage handling and lounge technology support.
• Coordinate food, beverage, and partner services in lounges.
• Prepare and submit daily shift reports and complete required training.
