Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED accepted.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking; bilingual in certain locations.
• FAA background checks for SIDA if applicable.
• Ability to obtain airport badges if required.
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide top‑class customer service to all customers.
• Sign up clients and confirm membership/lounges access.
• Greet customers and process visitor experience items with name‑level recognition.
• Book and confirm flight reservations using SABRE and QIK.
• Inform customers of boarding times, delays, or disruptions.
• Assist with club enrollment or lounge memberships and coordinate services for elite clients.
• Attend training and adhere to regulatory requirements.
