Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer service or office admin experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with MS Office; ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with information on orders, delivery status, and product details.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly; assist with inquiries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up on deliveries and installations.
• Resolve issues and escalate unresolved matters when needed.
• Monitor delivery schedules and provide real-time updates.
• Maintain knowledge of Temco Logistics’ products and services.
• Track office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Prepare and submit timely reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and service.
