Caliber Collision is hiring a Customer Service Consultant in Portsmouth to greet customers, determine needs, and provide guidance for repairs. You will assist Estimators with vehicle drop-offs, mapping, photos, transportation, and paperwork while communicating with customers and teammates.

Competenze

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers and coordinate with Estimators
