Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant at our Portsmouth, VA location. You will greet customers, identify needs, and provide guidance to ensure efficient and accurate vehicle repairs.

You’ll support estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping, and photos, while coordinating transportation and paperwork. The role emphasizes delivering world-class customer service in a fast-paced shop, with opportunities for overtime, paid time off, and career growth within a nationwide

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers for vehicle repairs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries and communicate with customers, clients and vendors to ensure smooth repairs.
