Job summary

Caliber Collision in Bossier City seeks a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, determine needs and provide guidance. You will support estimators, handle vehicle drop-offs, map/mark and photograph vehicles, arrange transportation and prepare paperwork, ensuring clear communication with customers and vendors.

Role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance; support Collision Estimators.
• Handle drop-offs, map/mark and photograph vehicles, arrange transportation.
• Prepare paperwork and perform active customer deliveries; communicate with customers, teammates and vendors.
• Adhere to Caliber’s SOPs, insurance partners and industry guidelines.
