Caliber Collision is hiring a Customer Service Representative at our Charles Town service center. You will greet customers, deliver exceptional service, monitor workload, and coordinate with rental car providers to offer a one-stop experience while understanding insurance authorization and billing requirements.

This role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems.
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service.
• Team oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver extraordinary service.
• Monitor work volume and advise load level requests as needed.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies for a one-stop experience.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations and billing.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient center operations.
