Transworld Systems Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Georgia. The role offers onsite work at 1040 Stevens Creek Rd, Augusta, GA 30907 with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour and paid training.

Expectation includes assisting customers with billing inquiries, payment arrangements, and account support. You may be scheduled 7am–7pm EST and must have reliable attendance and good typing speed.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent attendance and reliable punctuality.
• Typing speed of 35–40 words per minute or faster.
• Strong communication skills and clear phone/online interactions.
• Cameras must be enabled during training sessions.
• Shifts vary 7am–7pm EST; flexibility required.
• Overtime may be required during weather events or peak periods.
• Must be comfortable using multiple screens and systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries and service issues.
• Handle disconnect/reconnect requests and payment arrangements.
• Assist with budget billings and processing payments.
• Manage service moves in/out and online account support.
• Assist customers with My Account (online access) tasks.
• Adhere to training and shift schedules; follow break/lunch policies.
