Account Control Technology is seeking an Onsite Call Center Rep to join our Augusta, GA team. The role pays $16.00/hour with training 9am–6pm EST and a standard 7am–7pm EST schedule after training. Primary duties include handling billing inquiries, disconnect/reconnect, payments, and account support.

Qualifications

• Must have great attendance.
• Typing speed 35–40 WPM required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Camera must be on during training.
• Shifts vary 7am–7pm EST; assigned in final weeks of class.
• Overtime may be required during weather events.
• Comfortable using multiple systems and screens.

Responsibilities

• In This Role, You Will:
• Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries.
• Handle disconnect/reconnect requests.
• Arrange payments and budget billings.
• Process payments and move in/out service orders.
• Assist customers with My Account and online access.
• Process trouble and outage orders.
