Job summary

Responsibilities

• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions.
• Responsible for CSR cash drawer and balancing procedures.
• Complies with security and audit procedures.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee and customer information.
• Answer incoming calls and assist with banking center duties.
• Meets referral goals and identifies opportunities for referrals and cross-sell.
• Determine appropriate line of business for referral opportunities and follow up to ensure needs are met.
• Complete outbound calls to support sales and service objectives.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
