Responsibilities

• Model the Bank’s Mission and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Accept and process financial transactions per bank policies.
• Balance cash drawer and follow security and audit procedures.
• Handle referrals and direct complex issues to appropriate lines of business.
• Answer incoming calls and support sales and service needs of the Banking Center.
• Develop knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.
