Responsibilities

• Accept and accurately process monetary transactions per bank policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist callers with inquiries.
• Handle cash drawer with proper balancing and security procedures.
• Identify referral opportunities to support banking center goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and customer information at all times.
• Answer incoming phone calls and support team in daily operations.
• Meet established referral goals and direct customers to appropriate products or lines of business.
• Develop working knowledge of bank products and services to assist customers.
