Responsibilities

• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions.
• Responsible for CSR cash drawer and following balancing procedures.
• Complies with security and audit procedures.
• Keeps customer information confidential and adheres to security policies.
• Answering telephone calls and supporting banking center operations to meet customer needs.
• Identify and refer opportunities to increase sales of bank products and services.
• Determine appropriate line of business for complex customer service issues and follow up to ensure needs are met.
