Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and clearly present information.

Responsibilities

• Accept and accurately process all financial service transactions.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance cash handling procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and identify referral opportunities.
• Answer incoming calls and support sales and service needs of the Banking Center.
• Develop knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
