Job summary

QXO is seeking a customer service representative to act as the main contact for the branch, handling orders, product information, and customer inquiries. You will maintain a positive rapport and deliver world-class service to customers in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform basic math. Local travel may be involved with no remote work expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information for customers.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers, delivering world-class service.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service, analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Process and review dealer orders, requests and system-generated acknowledgements using computer systems.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
