Job summary

QXO is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and support daily sales and branch operations. You will assist customers with product selection, quotations, order entry, and order fulfillment, serving as the primary contact for walk-in and call-in customers.

Working closely with outside sales, warehouse, and operations, you’ll ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry through delivery or pickup.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately into company systems and manage quotes, returns, and credits.
• Coordinate will-call orders, deliveries, and customer pickups.
• Maintain organized customer, sales, and office records.
• Support warehouse, yard, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with outside sales and branch staff to grow sales.
