Job summary

QXO is seeking a customer service focused professional to join its Arlington, TX team. You will act as the main customer contact for the branch, handling order support and providing product information to customers while working closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure accurate fulfillment.

The role requires strong communication, basic math skills, and a personable, proactive attitude. Local travel is possible, and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• If operating a vehicle, a valid driver’s license is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and provide world-class service.
• Demonstrate strong analytics and problem-solving skills to resolve inquiries.
• Process and review dealer orders, requests and system-generated acknowledgements with proficiency.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
