Job summary

QXO is North America’s largest distributor and installer of insulation; second-largest distributor of roofing products; and a leading distributor of lumber and building materials. A customer service representative is sought to support orders and provide product information at a local branch.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication skills, basic math ability, and a driver’s license if driving is required. Local travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support orders.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Handle dealer orders, requests and system-generated acknowledgements.
