Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help run daily store operations, from merchandising to customer assistance. You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and take on front-end duties as needed.

Responsibilities include stocking, maintaining cleanliness, handling transactions, and ensuring cash security while delivering courteous, efficient service to customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or similar settings preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform repetitive lifting.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising and front-end duties.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain cash security.
• Keep store clean and presentable, including restrooms and floors.
