Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is hiring a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to serving customers. You’ll contribute to a clean, inviting shopping environment and cross-train across cash register and front-end duties.

You’ll handle transactions, assist with stocking, maintain store safety and integrity, and deliver friendly, solution-oriented service to customers and teammates in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or grocery is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Handling sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining cash security and protecting assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
