Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. You will be cross-trained to operate the cash register and assist front-end duties as needed.

The role emphasizes a safe, welcoming environment, strong service skills, and the ability to handle cash transactions and basic math with integrity. Part-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required; strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms and floors.
• Provide positive, friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
