Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, stocking, and front-end duties. You will engage customers with a friendly, helpful attitude and support cash register processes to ensure smooth transactions.

Role involves maintaining store cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming environment while handling merchandise, receiving shipments, and contributing to overall store performance. Part-time position in Mt.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and climbing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
• High level of integrity required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards
• Merchandising and stocking as needed
• Maintaining store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff
• Managing sales transactions while working the cash register
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets
