Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform physical duties.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High integrity and basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations from merchandising to customer support.
• Support cash register as needed and switch to front-end tasks.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed; maintain clean, presentable areas.
• Ensure a positive, safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Manage transactions and protect cash and assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
