Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations and assist customers. You will be cross-trained to cover the cash register and front-end duties as needed, maintaining a clean, welcoming shopping environment.

Your role includes merchandising, stocking, safety and security of cash, and delivering friendly service to customers and team members alike. A high school diploma is preferred and prior retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent movement.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock bathrooms, floors, and trash areas.
• Provide friendly customer service and operate front-end transactions.
• Safely manage cash register operations and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
