Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. You will be cross-trained to back up front-end duties and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for shoppers.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, basic math for cash handling, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs as needed, with a friendly, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed
• Keep store areas clean and presentable, including restrooms
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and team members
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register
• Protect cash and company assets; perform other duties as assigned
