Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. You'll be cross-trained to help at the cash register and front-end duties as needed, while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, integrity, and strong customer service, with responsibilities ranging from receiving merchandise and stocking to handling transactions and protecting assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and endure frequent walking and standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock bathrooms, floors, and trash areas.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
