Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience.
• 6 months experience with retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods.
• Lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with help.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves by checking empty areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/pack items).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
