Job summary

Lowe's in Utah is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers with their home improvement needs. You will greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience across departments.

The role involves standing for long periods, stocking merchandise, and processing orders to meet customer expectations. Training across departments is possible to deliver the best service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties.
• Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, provide friendly service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by identifying empty shelf spaces and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt of merchandise.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
