Job summary

Lowe’s in Utah is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find the right products for home improvement projects. You’ll engage with shoppers, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit.

Responsibilities include assisting with locating merchandise, loading items, and meeting customer needs. You may rotate through departments and participate in training to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic abilities.
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform related duties.
• Minimum lifting of 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
