Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Utah (West Bountiful). You will welcome customers, help them find products, and support them throughout the shopping experience with friendly, knowledgeable service.

You'll work in various departments depending on needs, assist with locating merchandise, stock shelves, process orders and deliveries, and participate in cross-training to deliver top customer service. Part-time roles with flexible schedules are available.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for data entry and retrieval
• 6 months experience with common retail tech (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly service
• Assist locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
