Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform job duties for extended periods.
• Minimum lift of 25 lbs, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to support best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tint, pipe fittings, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
