Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and entering information
• 6 months experience using common retail tech like smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties with prolonged standing and sitting; lift up to 25 lbs

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/thread pipes)
• Assist customers through checkout and shopping process
• Complete other duties as assigned
