Lowe’s is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers with home improvement needs and products. You will welcome customers, locate items, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Departments include Appliances, Hardware, Tools, Home Décor, and more, with responsibilities varying by store needs. The role offers opportunities to learn and grow with Lowe’s.

Qualifications

• 6 months computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying data).
• 6 months experience with retail technology (phones, tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit and perform duties as required.
• Lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver great service.
• Prepare department merchandise (paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
