Job summary

Lowe's Customer Service Associate helps customers find products and services for home improvement, answering questions, and ensuring needs are met throughout the day. You may work across departments and assist with loading merchandise as needed.

In this part-time role, you will greet customers, locate items, process orders, and collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional service. Training and growth opportunities are available through Lowe’s programs.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
• Able to stand, sit, and perform duties as required by the role
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with/without accommodation
• Bi-lingual skills (preferred)
• Retail and/or customer service experience (preferred)
• Certification in related department (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
