Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to help customers find the right products and services for home improvement needs. You will greet customers, answer questions, and provide friendly support throughout the shopping journey.

Role may involve loading merchandise, stocking, and ensuring customer needs are met. This position offers part-time schedules and opportunities for growth within Lowe's stores.

Qualifications

• Six months of computer experience.
• Six months of experience using common retail technology.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods and perform duties.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by stocking shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
