Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software/tools.
• 6 months experience with retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by stocking shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
