Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You’ll handle inquiries, stock shelves, and support order processing in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers across departments, resolving questions, and maintaining clean, organized areas. Flexible scheduling and potential for growth are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
