Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and retail tech devices.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Preferred: 6 months of retail and/or customer service experience; bilingual skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely pickup or delivery.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
