Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Raynham, MA to greet customers, help them locate products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and stock merchandise as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use (inputting, accessing, modifying info)
• 6 months of using common retail tech (smartphones, tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock replenishment by checking shelves and restocking supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt of merchandise
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/pipe, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
