Job summary

Lowe’s in Massachusetts is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome shoppers, help them find products, and resolve home-improvement questions with friendly, knowledgeable service. This role includes possible part-time schedules, daily interactions across departments, and opportunities to grow within a large retail team.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer for inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
