Laundry Capital is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate for an in-person role at our laundromat. You will assist customers with card use, machine choices, and retail purchases while helping maintain a clean, safe store.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection and operation, retail purchases, and wash-and-fold orders.
• Operate register or point-of-sale system accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of products sold and encourage additional purchases.
• Keep retail items stocked and report low inventory or janitorial supplies.
• Use log books to report issues and inform supervisors of unsafe situations.
• Adhere to company policies, safety practices, and attendance/uniform standards.
• Perform cleaning duties and ensure a safe store environment.
