Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first friendly face for customers. You will explain repair steps, coordinate insurance and rentals, and keep customers informed throughout the repair process in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and legal eligibility to work in the US.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain company coverage.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on the repair process and insurance information.
• Coordinate with insurance partners on authorizations and billing requirements.
• Arrange Rental Car and Tow services to provide one-stop customer service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup staff.
• Assist customer communication during the repair process as needed.
• Monitor DRP assignments, repair appointments, and capture rates.
• Maintain DRP logbooks and reconcile invoices daily.
