Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first impression of the company’s customer experience. The CSR explains the repair process, assists with insurance claims, and coordinates rental car and tow services for a seamless experience.

You will manage DRP assignments, monitor repair appointments, process payments, and keep the customer waiting area comfortable. Strong communication and organization in a fast-paced environment are essential; prior customer service or

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on repair process and insurance claim steps.
• Coordinate Rental Car /Tow services to provide one-stop service to all customers.
• Ensure all vehicles are delivered to customers by the assigned service advisor.
• Maintain DRP assignments, estimate/repair appointments and follow up on assignments.
• May assist in customer communication throughout the repair process.
• Process payments and reconcile invoices as needed.
• Maintain customer waiting area and assist with administrative tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
