Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first impression of our customer experience. The CSR will guide customers through the repair process, support insurance-related steps, and coordinate rental/tow services to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance coverage.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on the repair process and insurance claim basics.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load levels.
• Coordinate rental car and tow services to provide a one-stop experience for customers.
• Ensure vehicles are handed off to service advisors or backup teammates as needed.
• Assist in customer communications throughout the repair process.
