Classic Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first impression of our customer experience at the Central Point repair center. You will explain the repair process and insurance claim basics, coordinate rental car and tow services, and support the team in DRP and billing tasks to ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Aufgaben

• Explain and educate customers on repair process and insurance claim information.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations and billing.
• Coordinate Rental Car and Tow services for one-stop customer service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup teammate.
• Assist in customer communication throughout the repair process.
• Monitor DRP assignments and scheduling to maintain center sales.
• Reconcile invoices to payables and manage DRP logs.
